BlogBridge 2.13 Stable Released

Filed under: Announcements, BlogBridge — Aleksey Gureiev on 2:04 pm

BlogBridge 2.13 Stable is out!

This release is something really special, believe me. Let me outline some major new features and improvements since last Stable release version 2.7. The complete list of changes you can find on our History of Changes page.

Reading Lists Support

Certainly, this is the most visible and innovative feature in BlogBridge at the moment. No doubts you’ve read lots of posts on this subject here and all over the Web. We are proud of being first in giving our users this wonderful ability to share their subscriptions and use others’ collections in a simple and extremely powerful way. Please enjoy and don’t forget to give us your suggestions. We are really keen on improving it for our common pleasure!

Cleanup Wizard

Having lots of subscriptions is always connected to maintenance issues. With our Cleanup Wizard you can address them easily by remove feeds and articles you don’t need any longer. Flexible filtering allows to spot exactly what’s useless or uninteresting. Keep your subscriptions list clean at all times!

Improved Synchronization

During the whole period between the two stable releases we were listening carefully to all suggestions and comments of our users and especially in such vital and important area as Synchronization. Today synchronization not only packed with decent logic to understand better what changes did you do to your subscriptions lists, but also makes its best to predict what you would like to get as the result of each and every synchronization session.

We synchronize almost every property of the guides and feeds which makes your work on several computers comfortable and effective.

Usability and User Interface Improvements

During the last few iterations among other things we also were focusing on the usability issues. The results of our work can be seen with an unarmed eye. Menus and controls are updated, wizards and dialogs cleaned up. After the face lift BlogBridge became more native to the platform it runs than never before.

We encourage everyone to try this release as it has some spectacular breakthroughs which make your daily reading life easier taking heavy maintenance and organization burden off your shoulders. And it’s also fun!
