It’s not a Linux version. On the download page ( http://www.blogbridge.com/downloads/blogbridge/ ) it’s said that the only Linux version is TGZ.

In the linux version I only see a Blogbridge.app folder…how am I supposed to install it?
My blogbridge 6.5 folder is entirely different from this Blogbridge.app folder…so I would screw up all the libraries if I overwrite them
